It may not have been a NASCAR Sprint Cup regular in victory lane but it was a familiar car.
Ryan Blaney won the Kentucky 300 on Saturday night from Kentucky Speedway.
The 1.5 mile Kentucky Speedway was host to 200 laps (300 miles) of NASCAR Nationwide Series action on Saturday. Sam Hornish began the race on the pole but it was Blaney who found victory lane.
Sadly a portion of NASCAR’s fanbase was unable to watch the race since it aired on ESPNews.
Hornish will leave the race with a 15 point lead over Austin Dillon in the standings.
