This weekend NASCAR’s Cup and Truck Series will be in action at Richmond Raceway while the Xfinity Series will be competing at Road America.

One interesting tidbit this weekend is that AJ Allmendinger is planning to run the Xfinity Series race at Road America thus skipping practice and qualifying at Richmond meaning he will have to start at the back of the field in the Sunday’s race though he is just 17 points out of the final playoff spot.

Richmond The temps will be hot in Richmond with a high of 99 on Friday, 97 on Saturday and 86 on Sunday. The highest chance of ran is Saturday which has a 70% chance.
Road America It could be wet on Friday with a 60% chance but the rest of the weekend should be due in Elkhart Lake.
