Kyle Busch scores Gateway pole, Cup Series lineup for World Wide Technology Raceway

Kyle Busch scored the pole for Sunday’s running of the Enjoy Illinois 300 at World Wide Technology Raceway.

The Cup Series returns to Gateway Motorsport Park for their second event and just like 2022 it will feature a sold out crowd.

Joining Busch on the front row will be Coca-Cola 600 winner Ryan Blaney. While Blaney will start second he will lose his pit spot.

Filling in for a suspended Chase Elliott, Corey LaJoie made contact with the wall in the first round of qualifying.

World Wide Technology Raceway is a 1.25-mile oval. Last season Joey Logano won this event, he starts sixth for Sunday’s race.

The Enjoy Illinois 300 at World Wide Technology Raceway will begin at 3:30 pm ET. Fans can turn into FS1 (TV) or MRN/SiriusXM (radio) for race coverage.
