Baltimore Orioles pitcher Ubaldo Jimenez is expected to start a minor league rehab assignment next Wednesday.
Jimenez rolled his ankle in a July 6 start and has since been shut down. Through his first 18 starts this season he has a 4.52 ERA and a 1.54 WHIP.

The Orioles signed Jimenez to a four-year deal worth $50 million over the winter.
