With 12 laps to go during the Ontario Honda Dealers a multiple car incident brought out the red flag.
The incident started when Pato O’Ward spun out with Marcus Ericsson making contact with him while the cars of Pietro Pittaipaldi, Nolan Siegel would hit O’Ward’s nose ahead of Santino Ferrucci.

When Ferrucci hit O’Ward’s front wing his No. 14 car would go airborne landing upside down.
The AMR safety crew was able to flip Ferrucci’s car over and the driver was able to walk away.
