What has been a terrible Olympics in all forms of skating for the United States had a bright spot on Friday as the men’s team found a silver medal in the 5000 m short track event.
The four man team of Eduwardo Alvarez, J.R. Celsi, Chris Creveling and Jordan Malone finished 0.271 behind the Olympic record setting Russia team to win the silver.
China won the bronze medal.
