Anastasiya Kuzmina of Slovakia bested a field of forty women to win the gold medal in the Women’s Biathlon Sprint in Sochi.
Claiming silver was Russias Olga Vilukhina while the Ukraine’s Vita Semerenko. The highest finishing US athlete was Susan Dunklee who finished 14th.
