Julia Mancuso, 29, is a World Cup alpine ski racer with the U.S. Ski Team. She is a three time Olympian and will be competing in multiple events during the Sochi Olympics, including shalom, and downhill.

Mancuso won the gold medal in the giant slalom at the 2006 Winter Olympics and was the silver medalist in both downhill and combined at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
