The 2014 Winter Olympics which are being held in Sochi, Russia take place starting with snowboarding on February 6 at 1:00 AM, ET.
The Sochi Olympic Opening Ceremony will be televised on NBC on Friday evening. Matt Lauer and Meredith Vieira are the commentators. It will start at 7:30 p.m. ET on Friday.
Todd Lodwick will carry the United States Flag at the Opening Ceremony at the 2014 Sochi Olympics. Lodwick, is an American nordic combined skier and will become the first American to compete in a sixth Olympic games.
