Quarterback Tom Brady and running back Shane Vereen are both expected to play in Sunday’s game for the New England Patriots.
Brady is listed as probable ahead of an Week 8 match-up against the Chicago Bears. Despite some early season wobbles, Brady has been on fire lately averaging 305 yards over his last three games while throwing nine touchdowns. He should have another strong game on Sunday.
As for Vereen, who sat out Friday’s practice, he is also expected to be a full go. Dealing with an illness, he is expected to get the bulk of the carries this week following Stevan Ridley’s season ending knee injury.
