The Cleveland Browns have waived wide receiver Greg Little.
Even though the Browns could be without Josh Gordon for the season and Nate Burleson working his way back from a broken arm the team has given up on the former second round pick.
Little was set to make just $753,750 this season but the new Browns staff must have felt it was better to just dump him now. The Browns recently added veterans Miles Austin and Earl Bennett.

Little was part of what the Browns got for trading a draft pick to the Atlanta Falcons which turned out to be Julio Jones.
Mental lapses and drops have played Little who caught 41 passes for 465 yards and two touchdowns a season ago.
Standing 6-foot-2 and with good speed he should land somewhere.
