The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are unsure of Mike Glennon. With Lovie Smith set to coach his first year, it is understandable that he has some reservations about the current signal caller.
Mike Glennon was drafted by the old regime in Tampa Bay. While the Buccaneers could draft a quarterback, it is widely expected that the team will seek a free agent to compete for the starters role in camp.
Two names that the Buccaneers are looking at are Josh McCown and Shaun Hill.

While McCown flourished filling in for Jay Cutler as a starter in Chicago in 2013, it is worth mentioning that it was Smith who first brought him to the Bears. While McCown had been assumed to be returning to the Bears that no longer appears to be the case with even the quarterback chiming in that this is his last chance for a payday.
