Las Vegas: 2018 NASCAR Weekend Schedule, race start times, weather, entry list and tv streaming info

Week three of the NASCAR season kicks off in Las Vegas. Fans will be happy to know that there is a full slate of racing with all three series in action this weekend. Track activity began on Thursday with the Camping World Truck Series taking practice but kicks into full gear on Friday with all three series seeing track time including Cup Series qualifying and the Stratosphere 200 Truck Series race.

On Saturday Xfinity Series qualifying is sandwiched between two Cup Series practice sessions with the Boyd Gaming 300 taking showcase later in the day. Finally on Friday it’s the Cup Sereis running the Pennzoil 400.

Las Vegas Motor Speedway is a 1.5 mile track located in Clark County, NV. The venue seats 116,000 fans and opened it’s oval course 22 years ago.

Weather

Temperatures will be in the mid to upper 60’s for much of Friday and Saturday with clouds in the area. On Sunday for the Cup Series race the high is just 58 but there is expected to be sun and zero chance of rain.
