
The NASCAR Nationwide Series will be running the Drive for the Cure 300 this weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
A field of 40 Nationwide Series cars will take the green flag on Friday night led by Chase Elliott. The driver of the No. 9 Napa Chevrolet Camaro will be joined by Matt Kenseth on the front row.
Coverage of Friday’s race will air on ESPN2 beginning at 7:30 pm ET with the green flag waving at 7:46 pm ET. Friday’s race will be made up of 200 laps around the 1.5-mile track for a total of 300 miles.
Kyle Larson won the Nationwide Series race at Charlotte this spring while Kyle Busch won this event a year ago.
