The No. 24 Chevrolet SS driven by Jeff Gordon will again have Pepsi as a sponsor for this weekends running of the Coke Zero 400 at Daytona International Speedway.
Gordon will be looking for career win No. 90 at the 2.5-mile track which has seen him go to victory lane six times.
Earlier this year Gordon won at Kansas and currently enters Saturday’s race as the Sprint Cup Series point leader.
Gordon’s Pepsi paint scheme will be a familiar one with the car being blue with flames on the sides. This time the car will also read “Made with Real Sugar” and feature bottles along the rear quarter panel.
And of course any sponsorship with Pepsi and Jeff Gordon would not be complete without some sort of viral marketing campaign. Gordon and Hendrick Motorsports teammate Kasey Kahne recently gave two fans the opportunity to race against them in go-karts.
Will Gordon be able to make a statement for Pepsi in a race sponsored by soda rival Coca-Cola?
