The No. 00 car of StarCom Racing will have a new crew chief for the upcoming 2020 season.
Joe Williams, who had been the crew chief for Landon Cassill, announced on Monday that he would not be back with the team next season.
“I would like to thank StarCom Fiber for the opportunity and understand the direction they want to go,” said Williams.
A replacement has not been named.
