Roy Hibbert and the Indiana Pacers beat the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals Saturday night to force a Game 7. Hibbert during the post game conference with the media, dropped a gay slur when describing how the Heat were defending him and used profanity during the live conference.

Hibbert did offer an apology and reached out to Jason Collins on Twitter, but that was not going to be enough for the NBA and Hibbert was fined $75,000 for his inappropriate comments. Some say it is much, but David Stern wants players to know that sort of language will not be tolerated.

The Pacers face Lebron James and the Heat in Miami Monday night, the winner will head to the finals to face the San Antonio Spurs.
