Free agent Jhonny Peralta is continuing to seek a contract in the $14-15 million range reports Joel Sherman of the New York Post.
Peralta, 31, is a useful bat and versatile but will struggle to find any suitors asking for four to five year deals in the $56 to $75 million range.
Teams currently in the market for Peralta include the Yankees, Mets and Orioles. Peralta appeared in 107 games compiling a .303/.358/.457 line with 11 homeruns, 55 RBI and 50 runs scored.
