Taylor Hearn will head overseas after signing with the Hiroshima Carp of Japan’s Nippon Professional Baseball.

Now 29, Hearn will look to reestablish himself following a 2023 season that saw him appear in games for Texas, Atlanta and Kansas City. Hearn became a free agent in October after rejecting a minor league assignment.

Hearn has always been able to record some strikeouts recording 227 across 237 big league innings but has also served up his share of walks.
