Hunter Greene set a record for the most number of pitches over 100 mph since pitch tracking began in 2008.
Green threw 39 pitches 100 mph or faster, besting a mark set by Jacob deGrom last June.
Trea Turner would hit a two-run home run in the sixth inning to break a tie sending the Dodgers to an eventual 5-2 win.
“I wish we would have come out with a win, but it was a really, really fun time,” Greene said via ESPN. “It was an unbelievable feeling and experience to go against that lineup. Freddie [Freeman] gave me some love, kind of a tip of the cap, so that was cool. I was happy to be able to do that here and have family here.”
