Running back Maurice Jones-Drew “didn’t sound optimistic” about playing in Week 3 when he spoke to reporters on Monday. Jones-Drew’s Raiders will face the Patriots in Week 3.
Details on the hand of Jones-Drew have been slim with the running back declining to tell reporters any new information on Monday. He was listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report leading up to Week 2 but never stood a chance of playing.
While MJD wouldn't tell us what the injury (hand) was, said he hurt it early in the Jets game. Didnt sound optimistic about this wk
