The No. 5 Ford of Wauters Motorsports will be driven by Aric Almirola this weekend. Almirola will be making his second start of the season behind the wheel of the truck when the series visits Talladega Superspeedway on Saturday. Almirola finished fifth in the truck at Atlanta in late August.
Last week Ryan Reed drove the truck in his first career start in the series. Paulie Harraka drove the truck for eleven races before the two sides parted ways.
Almirola is currently unsigned for the 2013 season but Richard Petty said he was interested in keeping the driver in the No. 43 Ford.
