The Colts will not fire head coach Chuck Pagano or general manager Ryan Grigson until Tuesday.
On Monday, a day after defeating the Titans to finish 8-8, the Colts released an announcement that no moves regarding their coaching staff would be announced today. That leaves everyone looking at Tuesday.
The Colts have not been linked to any big names yet, however should the team move away from Pagano they would figure to have their pick of big name coaches thanks largely to a franchise quarterback in Andrew Luck.
While Pagano’s firing has been expected since early in the season, the Colts could also part ways with Gigson who is at fault for such a pathetic offensive line, a lack of defensive ability and an inability to add any valuable free agents.
