Josh Freeman expected to start for Colts

The poor quarterback situation for the Colts becomes evident on Sunday when Josh Freeman starts for the team in their season finale against the Titans.

With Andrew Luck (kidney), Matt Hasselbeck (everything), and Charlie Whitehurt (hamstring) all out or on injured reserve the Colts have signed three quarterbacks over the past two weeks.

After Stephen Morris was added last week the latest injures to Hasselbeck forced the Colts to sign both Freeman and Ryan Lindley.

Freeman last took a regular season pass in 2013 in a poor one game showing for the Vikings after being released by the Buccaneers.

Lindley will figure to be his backup, yep the same guy who stunk up the Cardinals playoff loss to the Panthers last year.

The Colts enter the week with only the slightest chances of making the playoffs, needing a win, a Texans loss and a variety of other scenarios to happen in order to advance.
