Matt Cassel took the first team reps for the Buffalo Bills on Friday.
Cassel, 33, has been described as being awful in spring workouts and many accounts of Friday’s training camp session were similar.
The Bills have been rumored to be moving on from Cassel with Tyrod Taylor and E.J. Manuel both being considered better options going forward. The Bills have a talent laden roster but quarterback continues to be a shortcoming of the team.
Matt Cassel sticking with the first team. Throws deep right to Watkins and Ronald Darby with a nice break-up. In one on one coverage.

Cassel is a longway from his days of being a starter. Last year he appeared in three games for the Minnesota Vikings throwing for 425 yards and a 3/4 TD/INT ratio.
