After a strong 2014 season that was wiped out by two injured quarterbacks the Arizona Cardinals have given contract extension to both head coach Bruce Arians and general manager Steve Keim.
The new deals for Arians and Keim go though the 2018 season and figure to include nice raises for each.
Overall the Cardinals were 11-5 on the season which is quite a surprise given the weak talent on the teams defense prior to the loss of quarterback Carson Palmer. For his efforts Arians was named the NFL’s Coach of the Year and is now 21-11 though his first two seasons with the team.
