What would make the Minnesota Vikings a playoff team?
According to running back Adrian Peterson the answer is free agent quarterback Michael Vick.
Peterson tweeted out his desire that the Viking sign Vick. This comes not long after the running back expressed hopes that the team would re-sign Matt Cassel instead of drafting a quarterback in the 2014 NFL Draft.
@MikeVick would intently make the vikings a playoff team!

Peterson will be 29 when the season starts so it is understandable that he would prefer that the Vikings try and win now, rather than in the future. Of course Vick is no sure bet to stay healthy and has had mixed results the last two seasons when he did play.
It is unclear whether the Vikings are seeking a free agent quarterback or if they will choose one in the draft. The Vikings have the No. 8 pick.
