The Minnesota Vikings will start Josh Freeman at quarterback in Sunday’s game against the Dallas Cowboys.
Freeman missed last weeks game against Green Bay after suffering a concussion in his first start with the Vikings two weeks ago against the New York Giants.
In his first start for the Vikings, Freeman was a mere 20-of-53 for 190 yards with an interception. There is little reason to believe that Freeman will perform much better this weekend.
Signed to a one-year deal worth $3 million the Vikings will want to see what they have in Freeman to determine if they will draft a quarterback early in the 2014 draft.
