Tony Romo is cutting back on his golf game this off-season. Romo will not attempt to play in the upcoming Axalea Invitation in Charleston, S.C. and the Adams Golf Pro/Scratch which is held in Dallas
Romo recently signed a new contract with the Cowboys and will take on a larger part of the Cowboys offensive game plan in 2013.
While Jason Witten has said that the Cowboys have no issue with Romo’s time with the team but team owner Jerry Jones is said to be hoping for this high paid quarterback to put in the hours like Peyton Manning. Considering that the Cowboys have one playoff win with Romo this is one of the few times that everyone can agree with Jones.
