Dez Bryant believes he can gain 2,000 yards in the 2013 season. Bryant’s comments were ran everyone and the wide receiver believes it could happen.

“How was I supposed to answer it?” Bryant said Wednesday on “The Dave Dameshek Football Program.

Last year Calvin Johnson 122 passes for 1,964 yards on a Detroit Lions team that won just four games.

“It’s possible,” Bryant added about 2,000 yards. “It’s something that I’m not trying to reach, you gotta win games, playoffs. That’s my goal. It’s a team sport. I was asked a question and I just answered it. They just focused on that point.”

Bryant made new circles days before saying that he was done with domestic abuse.

Give Bryant some credit though, he is standing by his quarterback even while others are questioning the Cowboys.

“Tony’s the man,” Dez Bryant said Wednesday on the NFL Network, via Dallas Morning News. “I feel like with Tony’s ability he can do it with ease. In my eyes, Tony’s one of the best quarterbacks in this league.
