Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Cliff Lee struggled in his final rehab start for High-A Clearwater.

The left-handed Lee lasted just 4 2/3 innings allowing eight runs three of which were earned. He allowed a home run and also hit a batter in the contest.

Lee is expected to rejoin the Phillies rotation on July 21.

With the MLB trade deadline being July 31 the Phillies could still move Lee but he will have to show something at the major league level before anyone is willing to take a risk on him. The Yankees and Blue Jays have both been previously mentioned as suitors.
