Chris Tillman to start Opening Day for Orioles

The Baltimore Orioles have announced that Chris Tillman will be their Opening Day starter.

Tillman, 25, posted a 16-7 record, 3.71 ERA and a 1.22 WHIP for the Orioles last season and gets the nod over free agent signing Ubaldo Jimenez.

The Orioles open the season at home on March 31 against Boston.
