Oakland Athletics pitcher Jarrod Parker will undergo his second Tommy John surgery on March 25.
The Athletics pitcher will miss the entire 2014 season but should be ready in time for the 2015 season.

A.J. Griffin (elbow) is also on the shelf meaning that Jesse Chavez and Tommy Milone should fill-out the backend of the A’s rotation.
Parker, 25, made 32 starts last season posting a 3.7 ERA and a 1.22 WHIP.
