The Chicago White Sox have landed right handed reliever Felipe Paulino.

Paulino, 30, missed the entire 2013 season with shoulder issues but is expected to be ready for Spring Training and wants to be a part of a big league team.

The White Sox will give Paulino that chance. He had a productive 2012 season as a member of the Kansas City Royals posting a 1.67 ERA and 1.22 WHIP over seven starts that spanned 37 2/3 innings.

Paulino will earn $1.75 million in 2014.
