David Ortiz really likes the F-word, we guess? Ortiz dropped a F-bomb in response to the Boston Marathon bombing and was sporting a t-shirt that read “Famous as F**K” after hitting a walk off home run on Thursday night against Texas.
The t-shirt may not have been the best idea but considering Ortiz is hitting .325/.399/.624 with 11 home runs and 45 RBI there does not figure to be many, if any, people in the New England region upset about it.
Powered by Ortiz the Red Sox are 1.5 games up on the Yankees in the American League East and 2.5 ahead of the Orioles.
The Red Sox game on Friday has been postponed due to inclement weather. They will play a double header on Saturday against the Angels to make up the game.
