The Toronto Blue Jays want pitcher Josh Johnson to make one more rehab start after Monday’s start with High-A Dunedin.

Johnson who went on the disabled list with a triceps issue pitched three innings in his first minor league start allowing one run. In the outing Johnson struck out five and walked none.

In early May the Blue Jays placed Johnson on the disabled list retroactive to April 29. When Johnson returns to the Blue Jays rotation he will seek to improve his 0-1 record and 6.86 ERA from his first four starts of the season.
