Even though he has been out of the majors since Opening Day of 2009 there is plenty of teams interested in Brandon Webb. Webb, 33, has at-least four teams interested in him as ESPN lists the Mets, Phillies, Marlins and Nationals as keeping tabs on him.
Any team looking to sign Webb would do so on a minor league deal. The Twins, Rockies and Pirates could all be added to that list as all three are seeking additions to their rotations.
Webb is a career 87-62 pitcher with a 3.27 ERA. With so long between him last full season in the majors (2008) those numbers mean little going forward. What will matter is the results of Webb in spring training.
