The National League Manager of the Year is none other then Davey Johnson who led the Washington Nationals to 98 wins during the 2012 season.
Johnson guided a young team to their first playoff appearance before losing in the NLDS to the St. Louis Cardinals.
Earlier this week the Nationals and Johnson agreed to a one year deal for 2013 after which Johnson will move back to his former role as a consultant.
The two other finalist for the awards were Cincinnati Reds manager Dusty Baker and San Fransisco Giants manager Bruce Bochy.
