Tony Parker left Game 3 of the NBA Finals on Tuesday night with a strained hamstring. His MRI on Wednesday came back clear. Parker missed practice on Wednesday – he was listed as “day-to-day,” as far as playing in Game 4 were concerned.
On Thursday, San Antonio Spurs coach Greg Popovich said that Parker will play in Game 4 against the Miami Heat.
It it likely that Parker will spend a little less time on the court, and the Spurs will rely more on Tim Duncan a little more for the game.
The Spurs are up 2-1 going into Game 4, with the chance to take a commanding 3-1 lead in the series.
