San Diego Chargers linebacker Manti Te’o has been cleared for individual drills.
Te’o, 23, underwent surgery on his foot two weeks after the Chargers playoff loss. While his recovery has not been quick there is little reason to believe that the second year player will not be ready when the regular season rolls around.
