The NFL has suspended Seattle Seahawks cornerback Brandon Browner indefinitely for his violation of the substance abuse policy
Just over three weeks ago reports circulated that Browner was facing a year long suspension for his second violation but the cornerback opted to appeal. Browner even turned down an offer by the league to reduce his suspension which would have allowed him to return before November 2014.

Now Browner will have to apply for reinstatement in one year, during which he will need to stay out of trouble.
This ends his season and time in Seattle. Turning 30 and suspended for the first 15 weeks of 2014 it will be difficult for Browner to find a contract for next season.
