The San Antonio Spurs approached their former Western Conference opponent on Friday night. Tony Parker was setup to get the Spurs back to their winning ways after suffering a lost last game.
The closing seconds of the game was the most important as clutch free throw shots were given to Tony Parker. The free throws both were missed and Golden State had one more opportunity to win or send the game to overtime.
The final seconds saw Andre Iguodala drive to the basket and attempt a layup to tie the game. Disappointingly the ball rolled off the rim and the buzzer sounded signifying the Spurs had won.
Tony Parker and Kawhi Leonard were stellar for the Spurs as they scored a combined thirty one points en route to the seventy-six to seventy four win.
