On Saturday Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Francisco Liriano left his start due to dizziness and flu-like symptoms.
Liriano was pulled in the third inning after walking St. Louis pitcher Tyler Lyons in the third inning and was pulled a batter later with a 3-0 count to Matt Carpenter.
Francisco Liriano was removed from the game with dizziness and flu like symptoms. He will receive treatment and be reevaluated today.

If it is just the flu and dizziness than Liriano should have no trouble making his next start.
Liriano is 0-3 with a 3.97 ERA and a 1.29 WHIP to start the season.
