u did not think these two would avoid reality television for their wedding now did you?
“They’ve already started filming during the proposal,” Laurie Webb said, via the Auburn Plainsman. “From what I understood, it came from someone else. I don’t think they were trying to get into a reality show, I think they just had the opportunity and decided to take it.”
Details of the show are lacking as a producer and network were not identified by anyone close to the couple. We did get one nugget about the content of the show from Webb’s father.
“After that was made known, my wife and I did several interviews,” Alan said. “As reality shows go, this would be a wholesome one for sure.”
According to Leslie Webb, Katherine’s mother, reality television shows have been chopping at the bit to get her on their airwaves since she became “noticed” during the 2012 BCS Championship game.
“We just had to get into wedding mode super quick,” Leslie said. “She’s wanting to keep it in Alabama, but because it’s such a short time frame, that might not be an option.”
The wedding is set for July 11.
