
The Dale Coye Racing team found the battle for the final spot on the starting grid for the Indianapolis 500 coming down to it’s two drivers.
Jacob Abel found himself being the driver bumped from the field after his last run had an average speed of 226.394 making him slower than Rinus VeeKay’s 226.913. Also making the race Marco Andretti with a 229.741 and Marcus Armstrong with a 229.091.
Jacob Abel – 226.394 mph
He will not qualify for the Indianapolis 500.
Rinus VeeKay is the final qualifier.

With last chance qualifying over, all that remains is qualifying for the top-six.
