Tyler Reddick won Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race at Kansas Speedway putting him into the next round of NASCAR’s playoffs.
Christopher Bell began the Hollywood Casino 400 on the pole at the 1.5-mile tri-oval. Martin Truex Jr’s day would come to an end due to a faulty tire early on resulting in a last place finish.
Kyle Larson and Brad Keselowski would win the first and second stages respectively.
As the race went into overtime, Reddick would get around Joey Logano and Daniel Suarez who stayed out on older tires coming to the line for the final lap of the race. The win is the fifth in the career of Reddick and the third at the track for 23XI Racing in the No. 45 car.
