Noah Gragson released a statement on social media Tuesday evening thanking NASCAR for reinstating him and expressing a desire to get back to the sport’s top series in the future.

Gragson was suspended by NASCAR on August 5 following the discovering of some of his social media activity. A day later Gragson asked for and was granted his release from driving the No. 42 car at Legacy Motor Club.
