Martin Truex Jr. will make the 600th start of his NASCAR Cup Series career at World Wide Technology Raceway on Sunday but the 2017 series champion still does not have any news to report about his plans for next season.
Truex, a 31-time winner at the Cup level, told reports “I think about it every day,” before adding “We’re working on it. I should know something soon.”

The current driver of the Joe Gibbs Racing No. 19 Toyota Camry will consider both quality of life and the financial numbers when it comes to what he will do the for the 2023 season.
“It’s a big decision and a lot of factors,” he said. “I would say within a couple weeks, you guys will know what I’m doing.”
