Colts quarterback Carson Wentz has been cleared to play in the team’s Week 17 contest against the Raiders.
Wentz had been placed on the COVID-19 list earlier in the week but was activated on Saturday. He has now cleared his final medical hurdle as he shows no symptoms.
The activation of Wentz means he will be under center instead of rookie Sam Ehlinger who took all the first team snaps in practice this week.
Expect the Colts to rely on Jonathan Taylor in what is a pivotal game for the team as it seeks to make the playoffs.
