Truex Jr. wins at Richmond, Federated Auto Parts 400 results

Martin Truex Jr. won the Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond Raceway on Saturday night.

A week after several playoff drivers had issues at Darlington, only Kurt Busch who lost a left rear tire on lap 31 had an issue.

The win was the fourth of the season for Truex who had to overcome a passthrough penalty for jumping the initial start of the race. Truex joins teammate Denny Hamlin (win Darlington) and Kyle Larson as being guaranteed to advance to the next round of the playoffs.
